There’s no need for manual data entry like traditional gym logs; effortlessly provide feedback by tapping a button after each set. Your progress is automatically tracked by the app, adjusting difficulty levels (weights and repetitions) accordingly.
The app operates with the understanding that you have a busy life. Focus on executing the proposed exercises to the best of your ability while the app, leveraging your feedback and our structured program, intelligently selects subsequent exercises. The program encompasses three primary workout categories:
- Chest & Triceps (e.g., bench press, dips)
- Back & Biceps (e.g., pull-ups, T-bar row)
- Legs & Shoulders (e.g., squats, Arnold press)
If you encounter unfamiliar exercises, access step-by-step guidance and instructional videos promptly. Alternatively, opt for substitute exercises or skip them altogether.
Recognizing the challenges of using a phone mid-workout, we have designed an intuitive interface with large buttons and minimal distractions. Access main features conveniently via our Today widget without even opening the app - everything you need is easily accessible on your lock screen.
